Mr. Hormoz Pouraziz, is the founder of Ferdossi Grand Hotel.He joined the Hotel industry in 1958.In 1979 he bought Ferdossi Grand Hotel (formerly Gilan Hotel).

After a long hardworking period on reconstruction, in 1989 Ferdossi Grand Hotel was ready to serve customers.

The last rebuilding was formed in 2006.

He was a member of the board of Directors  "Tehran hotel syndicate"  for 8 years & the president  for 4 years.
